Ever interviewed someone and taken them on based on Gut Feeling? Probably. Most people are never trained how to interview. Were you right? Often Gut Feeling is right. Sometimes it isn’t. How much does it cost to get it wrong? Costs for hiring the wrong person are estimated at between £5,000 and £25,000 – but it could be worse than that.
