They are looking for an experienced account manager / client services manager to service their existing clients. Anyone who has worked in a marketing or design agency, who has been a junior account manager, account manager, client services manager, project manager will be considered.
They have contracts covering all aspects of marketing from brand design to corporate literature and stationery, banners, posters and promotional materials, display advertising corporate commmunications and website design.
As a result of somre recent clients wins they are now looking for an experienced client services or account manager. Your role will involve liaising with clients and seeking new business opportunities, proofing, liaising with printers and designers, managing deadlines, assigning workload, possibly supervising junior staff - lots of project management and plate spinning!

We are looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to assist raise the company profile and grow sales by implementation of successful marketing and PR programs. The Marketing Co-ordinator must assist the Marketing Manager and Managing Director, proactively supporting the sales process, and work closely with established team members in growing existing accounts and developing new business.
This position reports to the Marketing Manager & Managing Director. Duties include partner relationship management, bid/quote negotiation of marketing materials, concept, creation & production of industry case studies & press articles, recruitment initiative & other marketing department duties which include:-
>Liaise with industry journalists to maximise PR coverage & gain editorial & media coverage. ‘Sell in stories’ to our target industry press & CG community web sites & press.
>
Conduct research & identify new business contacts within our target industry sectors & pass all relevant findings & contacts onto the sales team.
> Compile printed & electronic marketing campaigns to support sales. Determine the style, layout, content & narrative etc. Negotiate costs with printers etc. & ensure delivered on budget & within agreed timescales.
> Create & distribute the bi-monthly printed & electronic newsletter, ensuring they are finished & distributed within set timescales.
> To have responsibility for ensuring pre-mailers are issued & appointments are kept.
> Maintaining & updating the company website with new case studies, images & news. Updating the internal company intranet and blog.
>
Budget management. To assist in delivering all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
>
To evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data & implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
Other responsibilities include:-
>Monitoring website stats & distributing reports monthly
>Identify appropriate industry award events & produce entries where required
>Maintain internal communications – issue monthly internal newsletter (electronic only) & keep company intranet updated.
>Identify potential advertising opportunities; negotiate prices and co-ordinate artwork production.
>Maintenance of the company’s contact database.
>In conjunction with sales, identify potential exhibitions, deal with bookings & all preparation (stands, literature etc) for the event. Also arrange travel & accommodation arrangements for those attending.
>To undertake other associated administration duties.
